Sharp brings 8K LED TVs and IoT aircons to Filipino homes

Sharp Philippines Corporation is introducing an array of new products that will upgrade Filipino consumers' homes. SPC's newly announced roster consists of AQUOS LED 4K and 8K television series, and the Super Premium IoT (Internet of Things) Inverter Air Conditioner. In addition, SPC announced its "locally made products" campaign. Following the release of the world's first 8K display to the B2C market last October, Sharp is setting its eye on leading the 8K display industry by announcing the launch of its AQUOS 8K LED TV in the Philippines. Offering ultra-high definition with 16 times the resolution of Full HD, Sharp's 8K TVs promise to deliver images that showcase ultra-fine details which the naked eye cannot capture. AQUOS 8K LED TVs are currently distributed in China, Japan, Taiwan, and the European market. Starbucks joins the mobile app payment race
