Epson Expands Reforestation Efforts at La Mesa Eco Park

Epson Philippines Corporation continued its environmental efforts this year with a tree-planting activity recently held at La Mesa Eco Park in Quezon City. This activity supports Epson’s goal of protecting the environment and helping keep Metro Manila’s remaining green spaces healthy. This is important because these green spaces act as the “lungs of the city”, providing better air quality in the densely populated urban areas. Epson’s tree planting effort aligns with Epson’s belief that meaningful action, from its technology to its community programs, should create positive, lasting impact. Epson employees recently planted 221 native tree seedlings across designated areas in the park. These species were chosen to strengthen biodiversity and help restore parts of the watershed that have been affected by urban development.
